Team Monstermoto/ Moggstar / Goldentrye : British Mini 4GB Championship

Irishman James McFerran recorded 4th Overall at Round One of the British Mini 4 GB Championship's in the South of England on Sunday.

A little rusty from four months out of the saddle, James flew back from a trip of a lifetime in Australia some two weeks earlier than planned so as not to miss the first round of the series.

Having won the 'Mini Class" in 2007 , James has moved up to the Open Midi Class, where its not uncommon to ride against near on full factory Japanese machinery.

'I am really happy with my riding today having being not riding for so long, my overall fitness is good, I will be better prepared to step it up at round two in Wales." Quoted Jimmy. Team mates Elliot Gardner also finished 4th Overall winning the final race of the day. Cameron Mills finishing a creditable 7th in his first ever Mini Bike event.
